Today's ASSIGNMENT: Answer these Two Questions
Question #1:
In the schedule you filled out yesterday, which tasks will Take Up the Most Amount of time to complete?

Question #2:
In the schedule you filled out yesterday, which tasks can you do the quickest?
(Like is there anything you can do in 10 Minutes?)

What is the Reasoning behind these questions?
In order to effectively plan your week, from now on, once you are done with this 7-day program - it is very important for you to know what takes the most amount of time, and what you can accomplish in less time. It would be very helpful for you to schedule one day per week, where you string together 4, 5, 6 tasks that you can complete in 10-20 minutes each. Those will be your "grind" days, where you just get a lot accomplished.

On the other days, you can schedule time to work on longer-range projects. The key to effective scheduling is to FREE your BRAIN from anxiety and stress. The less you feel stressed-out, the more creativity and better decision-making you will have at your disposal.

You will be surprised how this ONE HACK - Will Change Your Whole Life.
