The truth is education shouldn't be complicated. So when you're looking at your school and you find it hard to figure out what's going wrong - that's when a light bulb should go off saying "we've over complicated things."

From 2009 to 2019, Doc and his team ran 3 education pilot programs, all approved by the NJ Department of Education that solved the 3 major crises in education today - curriculum, teaching, and school leadership.

Better Curriculum

First, your curriculum is the key to unlocking student achievement. If you want every student that goes to your school to graduate with the ability to pursue any dream - then you must fix your curriculum first.
