Testimonials
  • Mr. Schwartz can be credited for ensuring his staff has the appropriate professional development in order to be at the top of their game, which benefits the students and provides to them the supports to be successful.  Laura, NJ School Board's Association
  • When I was first hired as a teacher, I was full of self-doubt. I would spend hours everyday after school toiling over my lesson plans and worrying if I was helping my students learn. If it wasn't for the coaching D.Scott provided me, I probably would have quit the profession after a few years. What he helped me understand was that I was growing as a teacher. He showed me specifically the skills I knew and the ones I still needed to develop. It was a game-changer for me and my career.                   Danielle, Elementary Teacher
  • There are a lot of smart people in education, but being smart doesn't always equal success inside the system. D.Scott understands how everything works together or at least is supposed to work. That's the secret to his success. He can see what most educators cannot see and then he has the experience and expertise to fix what is not working. We brought him in to help unlock our entire special education department's potential.  Tony, Assistant Superintendent
  • It's amazing to see how far I've come in just one school year. The Teacher Development program helps you see teaching as a set of skills you need to develop. I have friends that work in the public school and they are forced to "guess" if what they are doing is right or wrong. Here, we learn best practices and receive direct feedback, so I always know if I'm on track or not toward becoming an expert teacher.  Rebecca, Middle School Teacher
  • I started my teaching career in an urban public school. I was overworked and underpaid and never felt appreciated. I worked for Mr. Schwartz for 4 years and it re-inspired me to be a teacher again.   Frank, High School Science Teacher
